Founded in 1968, PolyFab provides custom engineered plastic fabrications. We work with many materials and specialize in clear plastics.

PolyFab is a trade name owned by Boston Plastics Manufacturing, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation. The owner of the company, Preston Fiske, is a mechanical engineer with advanced degrees from Stanford and the University of California, Davis. He has many years experience in design, development, and manufacturing in construction machinery, water treatment, and instrumentation. He and the staff are available to discuss your design issues.

Management
Preston Fiske, President
Preston's career includes engineering, project management and general management in earthmoving and logging equipment, semiconductor test equipment, laboratory analytical instruments and wastewater treatment systems. He has BSME and MSME mechanical engineering degrees and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from University of California, Davis. He served in the US Army in Vietnam.
James LeBlanc Operations Manager
Jim has been a Manufacturing Engineer in the Automotive industry, is 6 Sigma Certified and is an ISO representative. He began his career as a toolmaker and has owned several businesses. In addition to his day to day responsibilities, he is leading the Polyfab effort toward lean manufacturing.

Steve Butler, Production Manager
Steve has been with Polyfab for over 40 years. He is a highly skilled craftsman who has developed the techniques for forming, bonding and machining which are the core of our business. He is well known to our customers as the go-to man who can help with all technical details. He earned an Engineering Degree from Wentworth Institute.
Hector Rivera, Shop Foreman
Hector has been with Polyfab for 24 years. He is an integral part of all shop operations and is in charge of all off-site work. Hector's experience in laying out and managing production is critical to our ability to meet our on time deliveries.
Michael Fiske, Sales Manager
Michael has been a Manufacturing Process Consultant, a Manufacturing Engineer for non-woven fabrics, and has 16 years experience in home building and residential renovation. He has a BS degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell. He served in the US Army.
Adriane Mosley, Office Manager
Adriane has been with Polyfab for 24 years. She is responsible for Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, and is part of the team effort scheduling production. She has been a high school math teacher, and has a Secondary Math Education degree from Boston University.
